What are the shipping options?
At this point in time Collectiv is able to offer USPS First Class / Priority mail shipping options, this usually takes 1-3 days after payment has been processed. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
We take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product pleaae let us know. For items damaged dusring shipping pls submit a claim directly with the mail carrier: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

When are you open?
Our store hours change seasonally...currently we are open by appointment Tue/Thu/Fri 11am-6pm, Sat 11am-12pm/4-5pm with walk-in hours every Saturday 12-4pm
Are you accepting new artists/vendors?
At this time we aren't able to accomodate any new vendors. Please e-mail us (email@example.com) if you are interested in being added to our "waiting list". Thanks so much!
